OUR HISTORYThe Academy grew out of a very successful mentorship program run by Afrizan Personnel. A response to the need for practical experience and corporate development in many graduates and school leavers, the program sought to train and outsource these candidates with the view to permanently placing them within Afrizan's own client base. |

Success in this regard relies on the support of our clients who provide experience - the lack of which is often all that holds these talented young people back.
