She was employed as a Cadet in April 2010 and, after an unusually short period of just three months, was employed on a full time basis by an Afrizan client – one of South Africa’s top banks. JABULILEJabulile joined the Academy in November 2010 while completing her National Diploma in Marketing Management through the University of South Africa. As a Cadet, her outgoing personality and confidence made her a valuable addition to any staff complement. Showcasing her skills in frontline reception at one of South Africa's Big 4 banks saw her being requested for subsequent data captuing assignments and, in June 2011 - just seven months after joining the Acadeny - this pretigious financial institution offered her a permanent position as Financial Administator. KWENAKwena completed her National Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2009 at the University of Johannesburg. She attended a Payrol Administrators Course whilst working in an internship role in HR and payrol where she demonstrated her ability to work well under pressure and to consistently meet deadlines. As a Cadet, she gained experience in reception, data capturing and general office administration and her outgoing personality proved an asset in all her assignments. She was offered a permanent position at one of our clients in November, 2010. |

MANINIManini is an energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Described as a ‘lifelong learner', she obtained a distinction in Matric and went on to complete her B.Com in 2009 in Industrial Psychology through the University of South Africa where she achieved a distinction in Business Management 2B. As a Cadet, she gained experience as an administrator and in reception, and in these roles, demonstrated her willingness to learn. On assignment, she so impressed one of Africa's leading digital television operators that they offered her a role in an HR internship. |

PALESAPalesa, a BA Honours graduate, joined the Academy in July, 2010. After just a month she went on assignment as an Administration Clerk at one of South Africa's Big 4 banks where she stayed until February, 2011. With the six months experience she gained, she was offered a permanent role at an insurance company. |
